Any type of software migration where users are asked to dramatically change their processes could possibly take too long to learn and decrease productivity for an extended period of time, ultimately costing the company clients and money.


3. Integration - Will the CRM be able to integrate with current applications, such as Outlook? Will you be able to upgrade your software, should you need to in the future? Will they be able to guide you to a solution to your problem quickly and easily? Are their employees consistently trained on current trends in CRM technology?
